Wine - Windows under LinuxI use Windows (XP SP2) for daily use but I use Linux (RedHat) in my office. I have my own reason for using Windows. I think Windows is more user friendly for a newbie like me :-) and installing programs is easy with windows.

Linux LogoLinux, I am still in experimental stage for using Linux. I tried many Linux versions from Knoppix, Suse, Redhat, Centos, Fedora, Ubuntu, Mandriva, until BlankOn. I love them. They are free, legally free. Almost every useful application you would ever want to run on Linux is free. You don’t need to buy a new version when you want to update to the latest and greatest version. Linux security is much better then Windows. You will find that most of your web server using Linux, not Windows!

But I still need more time find the best one for my personal use. It is like you have so many girlfriends and you need to choose one of them. Just kidding… But I’m sure that Linux is the future OS for all of us.

Mac OS X LogoWhat about Mac? I don’t know because I never use it. Mac is not very popular OS in Indonesia. But, I think I fall in love from first sight with Mac and Apple, especially MacBook Air, the world’s thinnest laptop, measuring only 0.16 to 0.76 inches and weighing 3.0 pounds. MacBook Air is nearly as thin as your index finger. Wow, it is highly innovative. Steve Jobs, you are a great man, I am proud of you. But $1799 is very expensive for me now. May be next year I will buy a MacBook Air and download many
mac games. I found many interesting games there, like Universal Boxing Manager, The Goalkeeper, Magic Stones, and TV station manager. But I can not try Mac version of these games because I do not have any MacBook :-(.

Which is the better OS for you, Windows, Linux or Mac? Only you can decide.
